G. Complaints

1. The shop is not responsible for the delivery of the goods once they have been handed over to the transport company. 

2.UltrasStore is not responsible for the processing of the order after it has left the country of shipment. Please check the regulations in your country before placing an order.

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or change of your personal data.
